Stability and predictable policies have played a key role in strengthening Georgia’s economic position, said on Monday Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in his speech at the Ambassadors’ Conference 2025.
Highlighting the country’s robust economic performance over the past four years, the Prime Minister noted that “over the last four years, Georgia’s economic growth has averaged 9.8 percent, the highest rate in Europe”, adding that “our goal is to maintain this high growth momentum, and we have succeeded in doing so this year as well”.
Kobakhidze emphasised the critical role of economic diplomacy in this success, noting the particularly active engagement of Georgia’s diplomatic corps over the past year.
“Stability and predictable policies have significantly strengthened our country’s economic position. In this context, economic diplomacy has played a special role, and our diplomatic corps’ work this year has been exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude for their efforts”, the PM concluded.
