Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Saturday responded to a question about his possible resignation, saying that no personnel changes had been discussed at the ruling party’s meeting.
In his remarks, Kobakhidze noted that the only personnel-related issue discussed was the expansion of the party’s political council.
“They keep bringing up this issue in three-month cycles. I don’t know how many three-month periods have passed. They are artificially creating an agenda. The only personnel-related issue discussed today was the expansion of the political council by two members. No other personnel changes were discussed”, he said.
