Georgian PM: Georgia strongly condemns antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Sunday strongly condemned the antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney that targeted families from the Jewish community as they gathered to celebrate Hanukkah.

“Georgia strongly condemns the antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney targeting families from the Jewish community as they gathered to celebrate Hanukkah.

We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the victims and those injured, and stand in solidarity with the people and Government of Australia. Acts of antisemitism undermine our shared values and must be confronted firmly wherever they occur”, the PM said in a social media message.
