Irakli Zarkua, the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Diaspora and Caucasus Issues, on Thursday said that Peter Fischer, the German Ambassador to the country, was everything except an ambassador, as he committed such absurdities during the pre-election period that he even outdid the domestic radicals in harmful actions.
Zarkua’s comments came after Fischer published a photo on the social media platform X in which he was standing next to individuals who are funding violent processes in Georgia in violation of the law.
“This is a harmful policy. They stand alongside certain radicals because their goal and interest is to create chaos in this country. That is why today they appear with Tsiskarishvili, tomorrow with other radicals and their funders. We have seen this movie before. The main thing is that we expose each one of them”, Zarkua concluded.
