Legal dispute between Bidzina Ivanishvili, Credit Suisse at UK Supreme Court ends with Ivanishvili’s unconditional victory

The legal dispute that began in Bermuda between Bidzina Ivanishvili and Credit Suisse, once considered a flagship of the global banking system, ended with Ivanishvili’s full and unconditional victory.

The court not only upheld the decisions of two previous instances but further tightened the ruling against Credit Suisse, declaring the bank in violation of financial and moral standards and all principles in a case involving the robbery of a bona fide client.

The UK International Arbitration Court published its 68-page decision on Monday.
