What injustice has destroyed, justice must build - this is the expectation we have from the US side, said on Friday Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.
The Speaker was responding to journalists’ questions regarding the steps the Government intends to take to address US concerns about Georgia.
In his remarks, Papuashvili asserted that relations between the US and Georgia were damaged by the previous American administration itself.
“I do not think there are objective and fair concerns from the United States toward Georgia”, he said.
“The relations between the US and Georgia were ruined by the previous US administration itself. The Biden administration is to blame for the fact that these relations are at a historical low today. They ruined them with injustice. What injustice has destroyed, justice must build. This is our expectation. We have shared our vision. Now it is the turn of the US administration”, Papuashvili concluded.
