Georgian prime minister Irakli Kobakhidze is participating in the 8th European Political Community (EPC) Summit, marking his fifth personal appearance at this high-level forum. Speaking to journalists, Kobakhidze emphasised Georgia’s strategic importance and its growing role in regional connectivity.
In his remarks, Kobakhidze noted that the summit provides a vital platform for both collective dialogue and private diplomacy.
“I am personally participating in the European Political Community Summit for the fifth time. In the roundtable format, I will have the opportunity to address European leaders, and we will also use this event for bilateral meetings. Overall, the role of the South Caucasus and Georgia is special”, he said.
“We connect seven countries to the Black Sea and, therefore, to the West in terms of economic and trade relations. Naturally, we will actively discuss these issues. Georgia has great importance for Europe in terms of connectivity”, the PM concluded.
