Transparency International Georgia’s Executive Director spotted at secret meeting at German Ambassador’s residence

Eka Gigauri, the Executive Director of Transparency International Georgia, was spotted attending what has been described as a “secret” meeting at the residence of the German Ambassador.

Imedi TV captured footage of Gigauri as she was leaving the premises.

Gigauri refused to disclose any specific details of the meeting to Kronika’s journalists, stating that she “does not speak to Russian media”.

While remaining tight-lipped about the agenda, Gigauri noted only that she frequently meets with diplomats. When pressed on the specific topics discussed during today's session, she vaguely responded that the talks covered “everything”.

Kronika has already reached out to the German Embassy with an official inquiry regarding the nature and purpose of the meeting.
