Georgian media: French Ambassador to Georgia secretly holds meeting with 15 NGOs

Rustavi 2 TV channel on Tuesday reported that Olivier Courteaud, the new French Ambassador to the country, secretly met with representatives of about 15 non-governmental organisations.

The details are unknown. This time, one of the residential buildings on Chanturia Street in the capital city of Tbilisi was chosen for the so-called diplomatic meetings.

Rustavi 2 TV tried to contact some of the non-governmental organisations participating in the meeting, but they did not answer their phone calls.

The ruling team questions why the Ambassador held a meeting in an apartment with NGOs that had been exposed for anti-Georgian and anti-constitutional activities.
