Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze together with his Chinese counterpart Li Qiang on Wednesday formally opened the Georgian exhibition space at the China International Import Expo.
This year, Georgia is participating in the prestigious international expo as a Guest of Honour country, showcasing the products and services of over 40 Georgian companies.
Visitors to Georgia’s exhibition space have the opportunity to explore the country’s rich history and culture, its unique alphabet, centuries-old winemaking traditions, as well as its diverse tourism and investment potential.
The Georgian pavilion also features a gastronomic area where traditional Georgian dishes are prepared during live cooking masterclasses, accompanied by wine tastings and various cultural performances.
This marks Georgia’s eighth participation in the China International Import Expo.
