Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Friday announced that a country’s new development strategy would be prepared for 2026-2035 years.
In his remarks, Kobakhidze noted that each priority should be presented in a compact manner in the document.
“The current development strategy of the country was drawn up until 2030. As for the new strategy, it will be prepared for the next ten-year period, 2026-2035. Accordingly, it will contain priorities for the next ten years”, the PM said.
“As for the content of the document itself, we will discuss this with the ministers. This should be a very concise document, each priority should be presented compactly. We should know exactly what results we should achieve in 10 years from now. An action plan with specific deadlines will be attached to this. This will be a very concise, compact document, which will precisely define the results that the country should achieve in a 10-year perspective”, he concluded.
