Official reception in Washington: Georgian President engages in dialogue with Donald Trump

Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili attended an official reception at the invitation of Donald Trump, according to Tamar Taliashvili, Georgia's Ambassador to the US.
The event was held on behalf of the US President and the First Lady.
Ambassador Taliashvili highlighted that during the reception, the Georgian President held a ceremonial meeting and communicated with Donald Trump.
The Ambassador stated that Kavelashvili also engaged with various other world leaders.
“I want to underscore the fact that within the framework of this official reception, the Georgian President met with high-ranking representatives of the US Government. This communication was friendly, with positive messages”, the Ambassador noted.
