Georgian Parliament Speaker reminds public of EU-funded Molotov cocktail campaign

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili on Wednesday reminded the public that the so-called “Molotov cocktail campaign” was funded through the European Union budget.

In a social media message, Papuashvili criticised the lack of accountability surrounding the campaign.

“The Georgian public has yet to hear condemnation of this harmful campaign, or even a clear distancing from it. Before making any other statements, this debt must first be repaid”, the Speaker said.
