Georgian President, First Lady attend official dinner in Ankara hosted by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan

During his official visit to Turkey, Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili, accompanied by his spouse Tamar Bagrationi, on Tuesday attended a dinner hosted on behalf of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. “As part of the visit, I attended the official dinner hosted by on behalf the President of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, together with my spouse”, Kavelashvili wrote in a social media message.

Within the framework of the official visit, President Kavelashvili held both one-on-one and extended-format meetings with President Erdoğan, followed by a joint statement to the media.

The Georgian President is also scheduled to meet with Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
