Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of Tbilisi and Secretary General of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Friday said that the society knew well that liberal fascism was fighting against humanity.
Kaladze’s comments came after the statement by the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán that if liberalism once meant freedom, today this word has come to mean restriction and persecution.
Kaladze addressed that liberal fascism was dominant not only in Georgia but in many countries around the world.
“The approaches and politics of liberal fascism are uniform. Everywhere, they have the same attitude - when they get an undesirable outcome, they immediately introduce the narrative of the Russia issue. They spin various matters for publicity. Most importantly, society knows what liberal fascism is, which today is fighting against humanity”, Kaladze said.
