Georgian Parliament Speaker to feature at General Debate of Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili is set to participate in the General Debate of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, where he will deliver a speech.

This marks the second day of the Georgian delegation’s official visit to Switzerland, led by Speaker Papuashvili, to attend the global parliamentary gathering.

In addition to the main conference events, a series of high-level bilateral meetings are scheduled with parliamentary counterparts from European and other countries.

These discussions will place particular emphasis on the policy of non-recognition of Georgia’s Russian-occupied territories and the strengthening of bilateral relations.
