Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Sunday said everyone involved in politics should consider the long-term impact of their actions on the country's development, expressing his hope to contribute to this process.
In his interview with Imedi TV, Kobakhidze noted that achieving any goal was possible through consistent policy.
“It is very important for anyone involved in politics that their actions leave a tangible mark on the country's development. Events are unfolding dynamically, and it is still unknown where the processes will lead, but I believe that any goal can be achieved under the conditions of a consistent policy and patience, including our main dream – the restoration of territorial integrity. This is also realistic if we show patience and consistently follow our policy”, the PM said.
“The resolution of this issue will depend on various factors, but with patience and the correct policies, everything is possible. If I can contribute to this cause, I will be the happiest [person]. Ultimately, everyone involved in politics should think about how their actions will leave a lasting impact on the development of the country in one form or another, and I hope to make my contribution to this”, he concluded.
