Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Wednesday claimed the collective United National Movement opposition was experiencing “chaos” due to its failure to fulfill commitments made to its funders and patrons.
“They [the United National Movement] promised their patrons, in exchange for hundreds of millions of dollars, that they would change the Government in the country and drag it into a war”, the ruling party official said.
“They failed to accomplish either goal, leading to dissatisfaction among their backers and internal chaos within their ranks. This confusion, agony, mutual accusations, and internal conflicts are direct consequences of their failures”, Mdinaradze concluded.
