Paata Salia to assume position of Justice Minister

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Wednesday announced that Paata Salia would be nominated for the position of the Minister of Justice of Georgia.

Kobakhidze stressed that Salia was one of the most “successful” lawyers and legal professionals in the country.

“Paata Salia will assume the position of Georgia's Minister of Justice. He hardly needs an introduction. He is a current member of the Georgian Parliament and one of the most accomplished lawyers in the country. He has received legal education both in Georgia and the United States”, the Georgian PM said.

The Prime Minister also wished success to Grigol Liluashvili, Anri Okhanashvili, and Paata Salia in their new roles.
