Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Tuesday said as the deep state continued to lose ground in Georgia, the pressure from Eurocrats would intensify.
In his remarks, Mdinaradze noted that the country would have to endure further pressure.
“As USAID funding has been cut off, they are now attempting to redirect these funds through European foundations to support harmful, hostile, and destructive activities in Georgia. This will continue as long as the deep state maintains its influence over European bodies”, the ruling party official said.
“Since the deep state lost the elections in Georgia, they are trying to keep the protests alive, but you can see how much weaker they have become. We were greatly helped by the choice of the American people. I can tell you without exaggeration that we would have endured regardless, but the attacks would have been even more severe than they are now”, he concluded.
