Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Saturday claimed the deep state and USAID-backed agent network in Georgia was losing its influence.
In his social media message, Mdinaradze asserted that a hierarchical structure of foreign influence, funded by the USAID, served deep-rooted political interests opposed to Georgia’s sovereignty.
“For those who still cannot grasp the hierarchy of the agent network and its patrons: the Georgian segment of the USAID-backed agent network serves the deep state, while the deep state serves oligarchic influences”, the ruling party official said.
“As for the current reality: the agent network of the deep state and USAID in Georgia are failing, including through strict legal regulations. As a result, the Georgian people and peace are prevailing. Without justice, there would be no peace! Down with oligarchy!” Mdinaradze concluded.
