Georgia is becoming a trade, economic and digital hub of the Middle Corridor, and these issues were highlighted during all of my meetings, said on Wednesday Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili.
The President noted that he had addressed a forum dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence in the world.
“There were very interesting discussions, and we also have initiatives in this direction. Georgia is currently a leading country in terms of artificial intelligence workload capacity, and we want this area to develop further in Georgia”, he said.
“I had the opportunity to meet with UN Secretary-General António Guterres. Today, I met with the Director-General of the World Trade Organization and the Director-General of the World Health Organization, and they all unanimously highlighted Georgia’s pace of development, economic progress, peace policy, its role as a logistics hub, and the Middle Corridor in the South Caucasus. I was pleased that Georgia received such a positive assessment”, Kavelashvili concluded.
