Mamuka Khazaradze, the leader of the opposition Lelo party, will be questioned in the Tbilisi City Court in the presence of a judge.
The development follows his refusal to appear at the Prosecutor's Office for questioning.
The case relates to the request of the Parliament’s Temporary Investigative Commission examining alleged crimes committed by the former United National Movement Government between 2003 and 2012.
Despite being summoned, Khazaradze did not attend the Commission hearing and declined to answer questions regarding alleged business expropriation and Magnati LLC case.
