Georgian President, Foreign Minister meet US Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio

Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili attended an official reception hosted by the President of the International Olympic Committee Kirsty Coventry.

During the event, President Kavelashvili and Minister Botchorishvili met with leaders from various countries, including US Vice President JD Vance and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

In the course of their discussions, special emphasis was placed on the shared values between Georgia and the United States.

President Mikheil Kavelashvili is also scheduled to attend an official dinner held on behalf of Italian President Sergio Mattarella in honour of foreign heads of state attending the opening ceremony of the 25th Winter Olympic Games.
