Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of Tbilisi and Secretary General of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Monday thanked Hungary and its Government for supporting and standing by Georgia, adding that Georgia and Hungary were both fighting for the truth, which was very important.
In his remarks, Kaladze highlighted warm and a friendly meeting with Hungary’s Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó, noting that the parties discussed a wide range of issues, with special attention given to the pseudo-liberal ideology that is being imposed and poses a major problem - a serious challenge for both countries.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank Hungary, its Government, the Prime Minister, Mr. Viktor Orbán, for supporting the Georgian people and our state. We are glad that, just like Georgia, Hungary fought for the truth. This is very important”, Kaladze said in a social media message.
