Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Friday said that through strategic partnership, Armenia and Georgia should be able to deepen their interconnectedness.
In his speech during a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart Maka Botchorishvili, Mirzoyan noted that Georgia and Armenia should use their strategic partnership to further deepen their interconnectedness.
“The traditional Armenian-Georgian friendship gives us great opportunities. It can support our relations. Through strategic partnership, we should be able to deepen our interconnectedness even more. Today, I discussed this approach with my colleague, and we believe there is a mutual understanding”, Mirzoyan said.
“Naturally, we also discussed business circles. The connection between our peoples is also reflected in the cultural sphere. Holding cultural days in Armenia and Georgia is of great importance. I should note that, alongside relations in various fields, cooperation between our ministries is also noteworthy”, he concluded.
