Hungarian Foreign Minister praises Georgian Dream's election victory in Georgia

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó on Saturday said that Hungary’s allies achieved a decisive victory in Georgia’s recent municipal elections.

“Our patriotic friends, the Georgian Dream party, secured a clear win”, Szijjártó said, celebrating their success.

He extended congratulations to Kakha Kaladze, who was re-elected as Mayor of Tbilisi.

Szijjártó also expressed skepticism toward the European Union’s response, commenting: “I wonder (though not really…) when the EU will condemn the opposition’s destructive actions”.
