Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó on Wednesday expressed strong support for Georgia’s Government, criticising Brussels for interfering in the country’s internal political affairs.
Following his meeting with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili in New York, Szijjártó shared a message on social media reaffirming Hungary’s backing of Georgia’s leadership.
“It is unacceptable how Brussels interferes in Georgia’s internal political affairs! Hungary supports Georgia’s democratic and successful government, and that is why, here in New York, together with my colleague Maka Botchorishvili, we continue to develop our partnership”, Szijjártó said.
