Peter Szijjártó, Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs, on Monday said Georgia was facing “constant” pressure from Brussels just for standing up for its national values.

Szijjártó’s comments came after meeting his Georgian counterpart Maka Botchorishvili.
“Georgia faces constant pressure from Brussels just for standing up for its national values. The new US administration has unsettled the Brussels elite, who now try to isolate patriotic governments. We won’t let that happen”, the Hungarian FM said in a social media message.
