Georgian Gov't declares national mourning following passing of Patriarch Ilia II

The government of Georgia has officially declared a period of national mourning following the passing of the Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II.

In accordance with the government decree, state flags across the country are being lowered to half-mast on all administrative buildings to honor his memory.
