Georgian PM expresses deepest condolences to Colombian government, people over devastating earthquake

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Tuesday expressed the deepest condolences to the Colombian government and people over the devastating earthquake.

In a social media message, Kobakhidze wished a swift recovery to all injured people.

“Our deepest condolences to the government and people of Colombia following the devastating earthquake. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives. We wish a swift recovery to all those injured”, he said.

The death toll from a magnitude 7.4 earthquake in western Colombia has risen to at least 132, while 570 people have been reported injured.
